If you are sponsored by a company or government entity, your visa will be canceled:

1. The sponsor must complete and submit the exit permit application form with his or her signature and stamp, as per the establishment ID.
2. The PRO may submit the duly filled out application form along with the employee’s original passport and establishment ID once the application has been approved.

Cancellation of personal sponsorship visas:

1. The sponsor fills out the exit permit application and signs it as indicated on the personal identification card.
2. Application forms must be duly signed, original passports for the employee and sponsor, and personal identification for the sponsor.

Step 2: Next, you’ll see a screen like this one, where you’ll need to enter your Qatar Identity Card information

Step 3: Enter the Exit Permit Information QID

Step 4: Enter the verification code from the picture or audio, as shown below;

Step 4: If you see the following image, then your sponsor does not need to issue you a permit

Step 5: The next image may look like the one below, where you need an exit permit, but you already have multiple exit re-entry permits

Step 6: Now, if you see a screen like the one below, you will need to ask your sponsor if it is okay for you to do so. It would be like if you were to fall into the 5% category.
